FULL TIME POSITION: Manager, Business Development
The area: Business Development, Affiliate Partnerships
The Business Development team works side by side with the Sales, Marketing and Programming teams to identify and develop revenue opportunities for Mevio. We are dedicated to fulfilling and growing existing client relationships and creating new deals and partnerships. We leverage campaigns across the 4 entertainment networks on Mevio.com, which are programmed with fresh content daily. Our current roster of clients includes GoDaddy, eHarmony, Eastbay/FootLocker, FinishLine, Budget, Brookstone, among others.
The role: Manager, Affiliate Development
As Business Development Manager, you’ll report directly to the SVP of Finance and Business Development. You’ll work with the Sales and Business Development teams to execute strategies to target and develop new sources of revenue for Mevio. You will also w ork closely with the Campaigns and Marketing team and Engineering team to define requirements associated with new business initiatives. You’ll assist with coordinating across functions of the company to implement deals efficiently and successfully, and you will create innovative solutions or new processes to increase efficiency for Mevio. You’re a strong team player, an excellent communicator and an adept negotiator who is persistent and positive. You communicate clearly and frequently with the executive team to evolve strategies to succeed with clients. You’re an organized and detail-oriented multi-tasker who enjoys a fast-paced work environment in a company that is at the forefront of a new genre: online personality-driven entertainment.
Responsibilities :
Identify, pitch, negotiate, close and manage relationships with major advertisers who are interested in CPA (cost per action) or affiliate partnershipsReport to the SVP of Finance & Business Development
E xecute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development.
Skills :
2+ years experience with affiliate marketing2+ years experience negotiating/managing partnerships
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team
Aggressive, metrics-focused and good analytical skills
An ability to work in a fluid, entrepreneurial environment, find creative solutions and the desire to take on responsibility
Excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities, and computer application skills
Media experience a plus
Business degree preferred
Full Time Postion: Affiliate Campaign Manager
The area: Online Marketing, Affiliate Campaigns
The Affiliate Campaign team works side by side with the Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams to implement and grow revenue opportunities for Mevio. We are dedicated to fulfilling and growing existing client relationships, campaigns and revenue generating projects. We leverage campaigns across the 4 entertainment networks on Mevio.com, which are programmed with fresh content daily. Our current roster of clients includes GoDaddy, eHarmony, Eastbay/FootLocker, FinishLine, Budget, Brookstone, among others.
The role: Manager, Affiliate Development
As Affiliate Campaign Manager, you’ll report directly to the SVP of Transactions and Online Marketing. You’ll work with other members of the Campaign Management team in addition to the Sales and Business Development teams to provide support in targeting and developing new clients and business strategies for Mevio. Primarily you will manage post sale implementation of affiliate marketing and performance based media campaigns, including but not limited to client relationship management, producer/affiliate management, campaign contracting, compliance, reporting, asset management and implementing and managing campaign financial performance. You will also w ork closely with the Marketing and Engineering teams to define requirements associated with new business initiatives. You’ll assist with coordinating across functions of the company to implement deals efficiently and successfully, and you will create innovative solutions or new processes to increase efficiency for Mevio. You’re a strong team player, an excellent communicator and an adept negotiator who is persistent and positive. You communicate clearly and frequently with the executive team to evolve strategies to succeed with clients. o Own the end-to-end process of preparing, launching, growing, optimizing and managing all aspects of Mevio performance based advertising campaigns
o Report to the SVP of Transactions and Online Marketing
o Accurately track metrics associated with campaign performance, and ensure that campaigns scale to meet expectations
o Grow campaigns regularly by working with the Producer network team to provide a steady flow
Skills :
o 2+ years experience with affiliate marketing
o Outstanding interpersonal skills
o Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team
